NOTICE:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the No. 2 seat rod with the 2 bolts. Torque: 18 N·m (184 kgf·cm, 13 ft·lbf)

2. INSTALL NO. 3 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the No. 3 seatback frame with the 5 bolts. Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 24 ft·lbf)

3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the cable.

(b) Install the cable with the 3 cable ties.

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER LH

(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat reclining cover.

(b) Install the screw.

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER RH

(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat reclining cover.

(b) Install the screw.

6. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seatback cover to the seatback pad with 16 new hog rings. NOTICE: Be careful not to damage the cover. When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

7. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

(a) Engage the clip and install the rear seat belt hook.

(b) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover with pad to the seatback frame with a new hog ring.

(c) Engage the hooks and install the seatback cover with pad.

(d) Engage the hooks.

8. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

(a) Align the protruding portion of the rear No. 2 seat headrest supports with the installation grooves of the rear No. 2 seatback frame.

(b) Engage the 8 claws and install the 2 rear No. 2 seat headrest supports.

9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Engage the 12 clips and install the rear seatback board sub-assembly.

10. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER LH

(a) Engage the 3 claws and install the rear No. 2 seatback cover.

11. INSTALL REAR BACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Connect the cable in the order shown in the illustration to install the rear back lock control lever subassembly.

(b) Install the rear back lock control lever sub-assembly with the screw.

12. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HANDLE

(a) Connect the cable in the order shown in the illustration to install the rear No. 2 seat handle.

(b) Install the rear No. 2 seat handle with the 2 screws.

13. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

14. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

15. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH

(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat cushion cover.

(b) Install the screw.

16. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER INNER RH

(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat cushion cover.

(b) Install the screw.

17. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with 13 new hog rings. NOTICE: Be careful not to damage the cover. When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

18. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Engage the hooks.

(b) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 3 seat cushion spring to the seat cushion cover with 7 new hog rings.

19. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the 2 bushes to the cushion spring. Then using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the 2 bolts.

Torque: 21 N·m (214 kgf·cm, 16 ft·lbf)

(b) Install the 2 bolts.

Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 24 ft·lbf)

20. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK COVER OUTER LH

(a) Engage the 3 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and install the rear seat lock cover outer.

(b) Install the screw.

21. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK COVER INNER RH

(a) Engage the 4 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and install the rear seat lock cover inner.

(b) Install the screw.
